Following the news shared by Formula 1, we regret to confirm that the 2020 Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix unfortunately will not be presented. Though it is difficult for us to accept this decision, we must comply. The health and safety of our employees, volunteers, partners, and of our faithful fans are and always will be our top priority.
We reserved your seats for 2021!
Your ticket(s), pass(es) or deposit will be automatically updated to the 2021 edition. No action is necessary on your end. You will keep the same seats and new 2021 tickets will be made available in your online account. You will be notified by email once your 2021 ticket(s) or pass(es) are available.
If you wish to modify your seat selection (different grandstand, different seats or additional seats), it will be possible to do so at a later date which will be confirmed by email.
Partial or Complete Refunds
If you do not wish to attend the 2021 edition and bought your tickets from the official Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix ticket office (www.gpcanada.ca or Ticketmaster), you can request a partial or complete refund by filling out the refund request form prior to August 27th 2020. This form will serve as identification and as a confirmation of cancellation and therefore is mandatory. If you purchased your ticket(s) or pass(es) from a reseller, please contact their customer service directly to learn more about their postponement and refund terms.
You will need to submit your full name, email address and the phone number used when purchasing your tickets. Please add your account number that can be found on your tickets, invoice, confirmation email or in your online account (under My Account). Please click here to log into your account.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment that was used to complete the purchase.
All refund requests will be processed on a ”first come first serve” basis. Please allow up to 60 days following the submission of your request to receive the refund.
